DELIVERY

We offer free delivery whenever you place orders worth a minimum order value as outlined below. 

EUROPE

All orders above 39 EURO comes with free standard tracked delivery within Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Spain, Estonia, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal).

SHIP WORLDWIDE AND UK?

No at the moment.

IMPORTANT

Please note that deliveries will be made to the shipping address you provided at checkout, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses.

In the event that a product is lost on the way back to us, we will do everything reasonable and necessary to track the package and assist you. However, you will need to cover all return and shipping fees to arrange for redelivery.

If an order is returned because the recipient provided an incorrect address or did not respond to delivery notices to pick up your package, we are not responsible for the cost of shipping. In these cases, shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer will be required to pay the shipping cost again if they wish to have the package reshipped.

If you request a refund due to an invalid address, the corresponding charge will be deducted from the refund. Please note that this will apply regardless of any free delivery offers. We cannot offer free delivery twice.
